Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Ride
Carefully pack your GOTRAX product in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and tools, to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
